What is the estimated delivery time?
In case the user has paid for the Coaching Fee, He can come to the Coaching and Show the Bank Payment message and take the admission directly. In case student has purchased Institutes books from our Site, The estimated time of delivery of the SSC Books is between 7-8 days from the date of purchase. However If Item is not reached the buyer by 10-12 days to the maximum, the buyer is adviced to contact our Head office at Ph:9999-7800-50

When can a Buyer Claim for Return ?

1.)Once ordered (Either the Books or the Coaching Fees) Payment can be claimed back within 24 hrs of doing the payment. After this mentioned time, Cancelling the order and Fee Redunding is not possible.

What's Neccesary when Claiming ?
1.) It Sometime Happens that the things doesn't work out, We expect some patience from the Buyer. We will try our best to help you out as soon as possible.
2.) The Buyer must co-operate with us while Claiming and tell us the exact genguine reason for the Claim. We Believe in Customer satisfaction and will return the amount happily.
3 .) The Buyer Must Leave a genuine feedback for the Seller after purcgasing the Item So that Excel SSC can take care of the future transactions of the Seller.
