(2) Letter writing – It is a technique as well as a mode of communication. Letters

are generally of two types – formal and informal. In formal letters,

(3) Composition/ Essays – It is a short literary composition on a single subject,

usually presenting the personal view of the author. An essay should be so

constructed that it gives a meaningful impression to the reader. Essays can be

written in various styles but the crux should be effective and capturing.
